Our in home service model is somewhat unique for Norwin. Standard shop repairs (broken screens, memory upgrades, etc.) for dropoff are best done at storefront locations. And we have several great ones in Norwin. More complex situations involving on site troubleshooting and coordinating between different software products typically require a different approach. And historically that approach has been limited to larger companies that either have outside contracted IT support on retainer or their own in house IT department.
