Who can join the Norwin Chamber of Commerce?

Any business or professional operating in or serving the Norwin community is welcome to apply for membership. We have members across dozens of industries — from solo practitioners and small retailers to established firms and nonprofit organizations.

How much does membership cost?

For just $220 per year, any company with 15 or fewer employees can become a member of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce. That works out to less than 60 cents a day. Monthly and annual payment options are available to fit your budget.

What do I get as a Chamber member?

Members receive a listing in the Norwin Chamber Membership Directory and Community Resource Guide, access to Chamber events, visibility within the local business community, and the opportunity to participate in programs like the Superstar Sponsor program and Member Spotlight series.

When does my membership start?

Your membership is active as soon as your application is processed. You don’t need to wait for a renewal cycle to begin taking advantage of your benefits.

How do I renew my membership?

Renewal is easy — the Chamber will reach out to you directly with your invoice when it’s time to renew. No need to track it yourself. If you have questions about your renewal status in the meantime, feel free to contact the Chamber office.

Can a nonprofit organization join the Chamber?

Yes. Nonprofits and community organizations are welcome members of the Norwin Chamber. Contact us to learn more about membership options for your organization.

What happens if I don't renew?

Members who do not renew will be removed from the active membership directory and will no longer receive member pricing on events or access to member-exclusive benefits. We’ll reach out before your renewal date to make it easy to continue.

What events does the Chamber host throughout the year?

The Norwin Chamber hosts a full calendar of events including monthly luncheons, the Annual Dinner & Business Expo, the Golf Outing, the Norwin Community Picnic, OktChamberFest, the Excellence in Education Luncheon, and Guest Bartending events — among others.

Are Chamber events open to the public?

Many Chamber events are open to both members and the broader Norwin community. Individual event pages will note any member-only restrictions or member pricing differences. When in doubt, contact the Chamber office to confirm.

How do I register for an event?

Event registration is available through the Chamber website. Visit the events calendar, select the event you’d like to attend, and follow the registration instructions.

Is there a discount for members on event tickets?

Yes. Chamber members typically receive preferred pricing on event tickets and registrations. Superstar Sponsors at certain tiers also receive complimentary event tickets and luncheon seats as part of their sponsorship package.

Can I sponsor an individual event?

Yes. Individual event sponsorship opportunities are available throughout the year in addition to the Superstar Sponsor program. Contact the Chamber office to ask about availability for specific events.

What is the Superstar Sponsor program?

The Superstar Sponsor program is a year-round sponsorship opportunity for Chamber members who want maximum visibility across all Chamber events, publications, and platforms. Five tiers are available — Copper, Brass, Bronze, Silver, and Gold — starting at $500 annually. Every tier includes recognition at all Chamber events, directory placement, website listing, and newsletter features. Higher tiers unlock additional event tickets, golf packages, ad space, newsletter inserts, and conference room access.

How is the Superstar program different from standard membership?

Standard membership provides a directory listing, event access, and community connection. The Superstar program layers year-round, multi-platform visibility on top of that foundation — putting your business in front of the community at every touchpoint, all year long. Think of membership as getting in the room and Superstar sponsorship as being known by everyone in it.

How much does the Superstar Sponsor program cost?

Tiers range from $500 to $5,000 annually, billed quarterly. One quarterly payment covers all of your Norwin Chamber promotions for that period.

When is the registration deadline?

No. Membership is open to any business that serves the Norwin community — Sponsorship registration for the current cycle closes December 12. Contact the Chamber office before the deadline to secure your tier.regardless of where it’s physically located. If your customers are here, you belong here.

Can I upgrade my tier during the year?

Yes. Contact the Chamber office at any time to discuss upgrading your sponsorship level. Adjustments are handled on a prorated basis.

Do I need to be a Chamber member to become a Superstar Sponsor?

Yes. Active membership in the Norwin Chamber of Commerce is required to participate in the Superstar Sponsor program. If you’re not yet a member, the good news is that membership starts at just $220 per year — so you can join and begin maximizing your visibility in the Norwin business community right away.

Spotlights are shared across Chamber social media channels when published.

Who is eligible for a Member Spotlight?

Member Spotlights are currently available to Norwin Chamber Superstar Sponsors. If you are a Superstar Sponsor and haven’t been featured yet, contact the Chamber to get started.

How do I get my business featured?

Fill out the Member Spotlight intake form — it takes about 15 minutes — and the Chamber team handles the rest. Your spotlight will be published on the website, shared on social media, and remain live as a permanent, searchable page linked to your business website.

Is there a cost to be featured?

No. Member Spotlights are included as part of the Superstar Sponsor program at no additional charge.

Can I update my spotlight after it's published?

Yes. Contact the Chamber office if your business information, offer, or team photo needs to be updated and we’ll make the changes.
